Congratulations on Your New SoFi Credit Card!
You’ve received your new SoFi credit card—congratulations! Now, let’s get it activated so you can start enjoying its benefits.
Download the SoFi App
First, open the SoFi app on your device. If you haven’t installed the app yet, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Sign In or Create an Account
Sign in using your SoFi account credentials. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one. Follow the prompts to set up your new account.
Activate Your Card
Once you’re logged in, tap on the Credit Card tab. Next, select Activate Card.
Enter Your CVC Number
You’ll be prompted to enter the three-digit CVC number located on the back of your card. Input this information and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the activation process.
Special Note for Authorized Users
If you are an authorized user, please note that you won’t be able to activate the card through the app. Instead, you will need to call SoFi credit card support at 844-945-7634. If you are calling from the phone number associated with the primary account, you will be able to activate the card using the automated system. Otherwise, a representative will assist you.
Start Using Your Card
Once activated, your SoFi credit card is ready to use! You’re all set to enjoy the benefits that come with it.
