Want to get your paycheck up to two days early? Follow these steps to activate early payday in the Dave app.
Step 1: Open the Dave App
First, launch the Dave app and navigate to your home tab.
Step 2: Set Up Your Dave Spending Account
Ensure you’ve set up your Dave spending account. The early access feature only works if your direct deposit is directed to this account.
Step 3: Configure Direct Deposit
Next, go to the settings and tap on the Direct Deposit option. Follow the instructions provided to move your paycheck to the Dave account.
Step 4: Provide Employer Details
You’ll receive unique routing and account numbers to share with your employer. This step is crucial for redirecting your paycheck successfully.
Step 5: Automatic Activation
Once your paycheck is successfully routed to your Dave spending account, early pay activates automatically—no extra fee or button to press. Enjoy getting paid sooner, directly into your Dave account.
